Hello there,
I own a company called EKINdesigns and we are now shopping arround for good designers. The pay is good and alot of benifits.

Requirements (Minimum):
Good graphics designer (By my standards)
Know Photoshop
Know HTML an PHP

The Pay:
70% of the sale price of each product that you make.
10% of the sale price of each product I make.
You must contribute al least 3, passable, products a month
