Graphic Design Contests

I appreciate all of you entries. The thing is that although I need it for my site, I also need if to put on an advert in a local magazine. This advert will be in black-and-white print so if the logo (and background) are too dark, then it won't stand out at all. That's why I would like something that fits in with the web sites colour scheme (most of them do) but also something that is fairly compact (the advert will be quite small) and something that would be readable if the logo was printed in black-and-white. Currently, I feel only Bouzy's 1st entry and FutileSoul's ones fit this. I am sorry if I offended someone by saying which one I prefer, but after all I'm the one purchasing this and I'm not going to be bullied into buying someone's if I'm not as interested in it!

Yeah I really should have. The logo has to be good enough that it will be OK in black-and-white as well as in colour

Actually I almost like my second one more in b and white then color, but I see how it could change it. If I enter again I will keep that in mind.

I'd like to thank everyone for their entries and picking the winning one was very difficult. Choosing the winning entry was very difficult but I would like to say that after much decision, I think FutileSoul's last entry in post no. 42 is what I am looking for.

Again, I'm sorry if you spent a lot of time on designing them, but thank you for your entries.
