I'm not sure that our members meant to act as lawyers. I think they were just trying to give everyone a warning that many celebrity photos have copyrights. I took it as members looking out for one another. I am sorry if this caused fewer people to enter the contest.
I think the biggest issue with people not entering the contest was the confusion about every entry becoming the contest holder's property.
Anyhow, it is perfectly fine to close the contest and I do not believe any forum rules have been broken. So, in saying that, I will close this thread.
