ok i need a site design which is flexible and simple to use

This will be used as a theme so needs to be flexible.

currently i have come up with http://calm.dansgalaxy.co.uk/ but i need it to be a fixed width (790px)

have a multi-level navigation system
have place for footer(s) and footer links.
be bright and cheerful

bannd should be of a similar size to current one (as i have other logo designed which look best about that height (and once the charity has offically changed their logo to it it will be used here)

basically the "theme" is to be fun and bright it is for a local cancer charity

I really hope some people who i am sure are much for skilled than myself can come up with some designs.

i really need them asap

Well, Nick made a nice design, but i would love to get as many as possible.
