My vote goes for both!

It might be good to start with one on the pixel doods. Then, one on avatars. That would let us makes some little doods, and then make 'em avatars. Then little animated avatars, cool!

Does that seem reasonable?

the avatar ya got there is lookn good,
just an idea, what if his eyse were to move by folowing your cursor.
I don't exaclty know how or if you could make that happen, but i think it might be kinda cool.

in anycase it looks good!

ug...eyes moving and following cursor? i see images being linked with java here...i see complications, endless hours of frustration, and the end result being two pixels moving round in circles, and not being noticed.

nice idea, but probably a tad too complexicated to be worth while

i like the avatar, looks funky. like the idea of a tutorial on how to make them. they're just animated gifs yes? what program do u use to make them? i have fireworks, and i'm getting photoshop, would either of these be useful in my pursuit of animation?

I cant say I feel thrilled.
