i want my pics to look like the have been highlighted on my layouts does any one know how to do it or know the code

Open your image in an editor (e.g. Paint). Then invert the colours of the picture. I believe that will get it as you want it.

yes whym is correct, you simply need to negative your image, shouldnt be hard if you google it

That particular effect may be achieved with different layer blend modes too.

I agree with LAdynRed, blend your layers
