for whatever reason I cant figure out what im doing wrong. All I am trying to do is change the dog to black. Should be pretty simple.....right?

Just open any GIF animator program and choose color for individual frames:

Thank you Socom3chris. I actually figured it out about 5 minutes after posting this.... but had been working on it for about an hour prior to that with no luck...lol

Was your solution the same as Socom3chris? If not maybe you'd be interested in posting it, for others whom may fall into the same situation.
