Ok heres the thing. Im seaching for a good flash animation designer, if you can do that and impress me, i want to invite you to be a admin in my Xbox Live clan. You will be rewarded for doing what you can do. I dont want to pay but we can think of something. Do you want a whole site designed, or just an intro or something?

Banners, maby a intro. Pictures... Not a whole site.

You deffinately dont want a whole site done in FLASH. Anybody who decides to do that are mentally unstabel and dont have the first clue about proper website design. Mixing Flash with HTML is better. It shows people that you have put more thought into it, alot more hard work and the end result is always 10x better. Just look at great sites like macromedia, blueyonder, (i wouldn't go as far as saying google) and adobe. They use a little bit of FLASH but the most of it is in HTML.

Thats what I want, a MIX. I dont want the whole thing in FLash, it will be complicated...
