I wanna make my own home site to put my own photos, articles,and flashes made by myself on it.perfect menu navigation and crystal effect is preferred!

but I am a beginner of web design,could you guys give me some suggestion or recommend something?

I have already bought a menu create software,sothink tree menu and dhtml menu. I bought a suite of both,which saves me over 40 dollars! HAHA!
BTW,it is good to use
now i am designing my own web site.and would like to show you after i finish it.
