Hello! I'm looking for a software that existed about 4-5 years ago that allowed teams to make notes and "mark up" an online web page for edits thru a browser plugin. For example--highlights and notes "bubbles" could be drawn directly onto the page. The edits were then collected and a link was generated for developers to view the team edits.
Does anyone recall this and know what it was called...or if there is a new piece of freeware out there that does the same thing?
