I DOn't Know how To Create my Own Custom board, Like i have the subsilver PHP forum here, but i don't know how to customize it to my own standards, can anyone help me??

I dont know alot about phpBB. In your admin panel is there html templetes or anything? If so youll have to edit them to suit you.
Also if you do a serach on google for phpBB skins you'll find that there are some really nices skins avaliable to download on the net
