it's not flash, it's just an Image, made in Photoshop i'd say,


Maybe this link might help you http://www.thewebmachine.com/photoshop/cloth/cloth.html

you could just change a few Fliters and get that effect.

I've kinda got the effect, I just used a pattern overlay with a very low opacity and a vary large scale (Photoshop) but thans for the link, I'm looking now
