Before I had my own hosting plan I used photobucket and they are great. Go with them, they offer a good amount of space and make everything very easy for you.

Maybe your ISP has some webspace available for free, they are usually a lot faster and more stable and you won't get the banners, flashads and so on included with your picturelink.

The 2 I use are... www.walagata.com and www.photobucket.com

Not free, but our server hosts artists sites for a "donation to the running". ie, whatever you can fairly afford....I keep mine there and offer tutorials, help and server management as payment, as well as the bucks when I can. The guy who owns it is a master in setting up Bryce-Alive, and helps with Doc Mojo's mojoworld, Ive known him over 8 years now, and can vouch happily!
