I was wondering if anyone in here knows of any good webdesigners, who specialises in designing blogs for wordpress and banners for linktrading?

Your best bet with that is posting in the marketplace to get some people to show you examples, or to create a contest in the graphics board.

In fact, just going through the graphic design contest board can give you an idea of who's out there doing what. Those are your best bets for getting someone good =)
