Long time no talk, um i made a logo for a friends company they are starting up but need feedback and possible other ideas and suggestions that may make the logo more professional and appealing.

Below shows the current logo we have came up with:

ohh i didnt see the "property maintenance" on the logo sorry about that. I actually like it a lot although it does remind me of the century 21 logo a bit but i guess thats not a bad thing. i do like the text but i'm not sure how proffessional it looks.. we'll have to see what some other members have to say.

I like your emblem - very well transfers that you are engaged
But is necessary the slogan for your company, for example "Together we'll construct the future" or "Construct the dream"
More shortly, in a slogan will be the words DREAM or CONSTRUCT, necessarily 'cause your company is engaged in construction and you help to build dreams, all easy, think about it


Also I has forgotten to ask, what means A.M.S.?

I'll try to help you to create slogan

Be sure that the logo shows OK at any dimensions. In a personal card the small text will be just a black line, the logo will not work at small sizes.

What do you think about if to place your already created emblem in the circle or ball and on the diameter of ball to write: "Absolute Master Solution"
One more variant: "Achieve Master Sample"

Well, I really tried to help you and good luck to you with logo

It's a very nice clean logo. Also, your able to tell what it is without really reading the name of the company. You did a great job I'm not a big fan of yellow but I do like that. Nicely done.

Ill talk to you as if you worked for me,
-Incorporate the 'A' into the house
-keep the yellow (it feels constructiony)
-add a hammer or something that screams CONSTRUCTION
-take like 10 pieces of scratch paper and draw that logo out over and over very small until it just "flows"
(we'll do this by adding different shapes to it, until we get the right feel.
-'property maintenance' should not be a "part" of the logo, just sit it under it
-i would kill the rounded corners, give it a chiseled feel
-keep both fonts the same

However, i have a couple of things which you should consider before finalizing your logo.

- The color yellow can have some negative connotations, so i would say that you should consider some other color options.

- The words "property maintenance" are way too small and their size needs to be increased a bit. If you apply it on your business card at its current size, it would be impossible for anybody to read it.

I like it. Personally, I would use a sans serif font. When I hear the word construction, I think straight tall buildings. But everything else works fine!
