can someone change the opacity of this image so it is about 20% please

I don't get why you are asking... do you just want the logo less opacified (if that's a word) but not the background? Or everything? If the former, I'd just reduce that layer and add a white one behind it, or colour select the white, cut and paste to a new layer, then reduce the opacity of the previous layer (i.e. not the background).

ok i didn't understand any of that all i wanted was the picture's opacity to go down
