The font is hard to read at the speed you have it. Place a second or two more between changes I think.

It's not just the speed, that grungy typeface is just difficult to read when it's all smooshed together like that.

Instead of an animated gif, I would use Flash, or even better, a mini JavaScript switcher, which can, after all, be applied to any content, not just images.

WoW you would think yellow against a black background would be easy to read. WoW! thats extremely hard to make out. You need to select another font and HURRY!
