I need to create a custom FLV player and I'm looking for suggestions on tutorials. I have Flash CS3.

I'm not a Flash user so I can't claim to know too many tutorials.

You can try Lynda.com. Lot's of video tutorials. The link should take you to directly to the Flash tutorials. I haven't gone through them, but I read a couple of Lynda's books that I thought were good and I know the site has a lot.

Hopefully someone else knows about more places to look.

Otherwise you can probably search and find something close to what you need.

I would agree that one of the best places for Flash tutorials or videos is www.lynda.com. Excellent videos and pretty inexpensive.

This is my personal favourite tutorial site. It hasnt got too many tuts on, but they are all great and easy to go through.

Most are video and some are text. Kirupa is great! A lot of CS3.

There a re loads in YouTube. You can try lynda.com but I don't think it's free but it's really good. Mastered Illustrator in no time viewing their video tutorials but then I actually purchased a DVD from them. Same with Photoshop, I purchased 4 Top Secrets DVDs. I just don't have the patience to view tutorials online.
