Or you can try some tools~learning AS is really not a one-day-work.it takes time and a little bit dull.using tool is ok.
I suggest swf decompiler it can easily convert swf to fla, let's say,if you think this flash is nice and worth learning, just decompile it and take a look at the AS.this is easier way for newbies..
