I have site where users can upload images, but if they don't upload any images, there should be a "No Photo Available" image.
Something like this

Does anyone know where I can get that "No Photo Available" stock image?
Can i just find one on google images without infringing on copy rights?

Just make one.

But I'm not a graphics person

find an example of what you want e.g. a camera with a line through or similar and what size and colours and i can make you a simple one, but it will be after christmas now

If your that bad of an artisit, why not just leave the red x that comes complete with your web-browser and a missing image? Or just 'create' your own red x with some text on it?

45 seconds with paint and 10 in Microsoft photo editor to crop it. (it almost took me more time to write this post than to make the image).

And if you really can't make an image post on the forums offering 5 bucks to someone who can.
