You've already got the logo on the left of the font, you don't need to image in the center background.

Agreed. The logo feels way too busy. I'm not a giant fan of the font as well.

Loose the planet if its a logo.. Like the previous said, it feels more like a Header than a logo.

I like your logo, it is very unique. I agree that some additional stars would be good.
