Hey,

I am trying to create a header for my web site. The ideas that I had was to get a picture of a human working and convert parts of the humans face to look digital or like a robot.
I am trying to show interaction between humans and machine/computers.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
I wouldn't mind doing it in Flash to make it a bit more exciting, but my Flash skills are not that great, so if anyone has any good flash tutorials to do this, it would be great.
Thanks,

Mark.

hiya, I can help with the transitional effects, but it would be quite a lengthy process to write it here, for flash you must make sure that the "areas" (say, his arms and legs) or anything you want to animate are saved as seperate pieces of info, say as a .png file, that makes the animation much, much easier!

Ill help where I can tho,
scotia

Hi Scotia,

I think doing it in Flash is going to be a bit much for me, my Flash skills are not good enough yet. I think it would be best for me to do it in Photoshop for now. Any ideas on how best to do this in Photoshop?
Thanks for the help

Mark.

I dont think a tutorial is going to help you much. If your going to be doing it in photoshop, that probly is better. I'd say, just take your time, dont rush it,look over alot of photos to get ideas, and when you can, use stock photos.
