Nice design, something different, I agree with Styla, change the imp to the same height, I think I would try a lighter shade of purple for imp and see how it looks. The logo is very nice!

The logo has much improved Arty, it seems to me the imp was smaller and you enlarged the letters, looks real good. One thing to remember, everyone has different ideas and opinions.

I am actually not a designer at all Just know how to use few tools of adobe! I also made some headers though=) But would like to post later because i think headers need improvement too).
I have not actually finalized the logo yet so will be taking ideas from here because I think with this thread, I learned a lot about creating a logo, however, I am not professional but like to do things by myself!

It's so/so. Work on the colors though, use more friendly colors, even if it's a gray and purple, you can make that gray and purple MUCH friendlier. Keep it simple and friendly. To many people go all out on their logos and become way to advanced, you can make a simple logo that will be incredibly nice looking.
