the m looks stretched across the text below / under it...I would try a little different, but it 'could' pass as I am no artist, but I like many know what looks good. Colors could be better as well.

I would like to share you about creating a logo. http://www.davidairey.com/5-vital-logo-design-tips/ Like what successful companies did with their own logo. You may observe they been successful even though their logo is too simple. I hope it might help.

I'd spend more time deciphering it than understanding it. If this went to branding across all mediums (business cards for example) than you would have even more difficulty sending your message across - the IMP obstructs the SEO.

Try and avoid layering text on one another. I think a pastel adjustment of your colours would look nicer on the eye - the richness you have at the moment is so late 90s

Definitely an improvement since there is less clutter.

How about sharing the same height with SEO and imp and also changing the font of IMP to something else (lighter).

but overall, good stuff!

Nice design, something different, I agree with Styla, change the imp to the same height, I think I would try a lighter shade of purple for imp and see how it looks. The logo is very nice!

i love the color purple or violet. but it doesn't match with gray. try changing the color and the font style as well

its much better than the first one..but its much better if you improve more its font style...

Yeah, especially the second part.

Add a gradient for the velvety look. And change the font, and use some shadow.
