I have been feeling that a lot of the graphics I have been producing are a little bit antiquated and am looking for a little inspiration.

Generally, there any place that has an archive to great online banner advertisements or graphics?

Can someone please provide a few links?

You can google for some great flash ad samples (which are used as site openings or even tv commercials), try terms such as flash tv commercial slideshow, or flash ads and intros.
