I have searched high and low for a good online programs (I should of said courses) to help tweak my design skills in mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (actionscript), Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Website Development (html, css, php, etc.).

My problem is I am located in China, and will be here for some time. So I would really prefer to take a course online and none of the ones I have found really seem appealing.

Can anyone recommend any courses that provide internationally accepted certification in these areas and link me up? Do you know their prices?

I don't know if it's exactly what your looking for but it does offer what you want.

Why not just find good tutorials online and practice using those. I mean I think some of the best material is open to the public.
