you asked about software, i asked what budget you have. i neve mentioned anything asbout hiring anyone.

you can draw this in almost anything but it's easiest and best in any program with vector capabilities (one with a pen tool) from the (free) Inkscape, through paintshoppro, corel draw, adobe fireworks, through to adobe photoshop or illustrator.
or as you also found you can download often free brsuhes with these kind of swirls and flourishes in them

it's rude to hijack someone else's thread: start your own, or better still google photoshop/illustrator tutorials.

Sets you apart from so many then

Most seem to have a budget of 0 and expect to earn millions without spending any of it.

Personally I gave up on trying to learn to draw and just let somebody with an artistic ability do it

earn millions with a $0 on the internet i think these days not possible. and those people who believe in it usually buy every scaming ebook on the net for few bucks that promise them make thousands with few hours a day.

I do have some experience in art and graphics. i used to take paint lessons few years ago. but i am new to web graphics thats why i dont know from where to start and what is the best programs.

Question to all :

What softwares you use and what os you are on because I heard that its better to use Mac then PC for graphics. is that true?
