Wow! This is very cool. I always wanted to learn creating logos but I really don't know where to start.

Whatever you decide to file for a trademark should match EXACTLY what's going to appear on your tags/labels. The USPTO wants to see the mark exactly how your consumers will be seeing it. In regard to your logo question, that's entirely up to you. Just please be aware that you will NOT be able to add to an application once filed. You'll simply have to file another application if you decide to trademark the logo at a later date.
