How to covert this image to vector within Photoshop?

I need to convert this image (just the icon on the left) into vector an save the whole image as a vector file whihc can then be opened in llustrator.

No idea about photoshop as that is something I rarely use, but you can convert it online here.

yeah but the gradients leave a banding effect when using Vector Magic. Any solution to this banding issue??
