My question might not have been that clear...
I was wondering how you get those background designs that you sometimes see on wallpapers and stuff (example: http://dreamer.crystals-ss.net/gamewall1x800.jpg) I'm trying to make a graphiti style layout for my site and I'm not sure whether those background effects can be found somewhere, or you have to make them. If you do have to make them, does anyone know of a tutorial for that? Because I would really need one...

What graphics programs do you have, i.e. Photoshop, Fireworks.... that would make it easyier to help you.

I have photoshop 5.0

You can add effects like the ones it that photo in photoshop with the filters menu, just play around with some of them, im sure you can make something close to that.

Yeah, that just looks like a lot of layered images with a lot of filters placed on them.
