I would like for someone to develop a tool that allows users to draw simple shapes (lines, boxes, rectangles, circles) on top of a video. The video would be uploaded to my site, its sports action videos if that matters and could be in several different formats. I would like for users to be able to access a toolbox that gives them the ability to select a shape, which then they position their mouse over the location and drag the shape to size as they choose (within the video frame obviously).
I apologize if this is not the right area to ask this question, I am new to the forum, and I am completely ignorant to web design/development/graphics. But, if someone can advise or direct me to the type of person/company that does this type of work, I would greatly appreciate it.
One thing I do know, is that there is software available today on a license basis that does this exact thing (e.g. Adobe), but I am looking for custom development so that I own the tools and can therefore share with each user.
