I have some MP3 and WMA files that I wish to upload to YouTube.

My problem is that the bit rates are mainly 256Kbps.

I wish to import them into Flash along with images to make them into FLV files but Flash will not import sound files over 64Kbps.

Does anyone know of a decent FREE sound converter which can reduce the sound file bit rates?

I have looked at Windows Sound recorder but that can only deal with WAVs.

All help much appreciated
