I also recommend some simple logo but some also request a simplicity in complex idea of logo. What I can do there? Any Suggestions!

Think about what your logo represents to your target audience. Then make a few mockups, show them off, and pick the one which works the best.

I agree with this. Also, it's good to ask the client a few questions about what they want to convey, what imagery they don't like (to begin with), and

It's good to give them a few different options; that way they can say 'I like this, but without this part-- and the font you used over here'.

personally, i don't like logos that are "over the top".. i like it to be simple. any company would rather focus more attention on their services than on the logo. it's the meat of the company.. although the logo does make an official representation, making it simple will make it more memorable. complicated logos only make things, well, complicated.

Simple is better when it comes to graphics specially when you design logos.I mean look at 'NIKE' for an example.When you first look at it you are like 'are you kidding' its a sports company.Main thing is how you play around with shapes and using that shape pretend to standout in your clients mind.
