The problem is that I bought studio mx and love though recently I have recieved some print offers.
I created an ad in fireworks without realizing I could not convert to cmyk in fireworks.
If I import into freehand the bloody thing looks horrible,( i am sure a result of cmyk conversion), unless I import as a flattened bitmap, which is what I have done. I then exported as a tiff eps file under cmyk -
my question is -does this work -will this look right?

I think it will look alright. Once a client of mine was asking tiff format, I was going to do the same but he left.
