it's a start

it's not quite balanced tho, the logo should really be centered vertically too.

The colours a little too close, it's quite hard to make out the writing.

The structure seems good, and will look much better with the text properly centered.

Very nice, I agree the text needs to be centered, second line of text is hard to read along with the bottom far left corner. Not sure if I would use the searchlights, but maybe if the text was centered they wouldn't be distracting to the text, anyhow that's my opinion.

Yep! It's also hard to view the text below the "dollar" sign, from the logo.

Keep trying and you'll get better,

Use lighter tone color to make font standout more

Looks nice but the lcd monitor on the right looks quite plain. And spelling mistake for "world".

I agree with everyone else, make the the background less like the font. The colors look good but maybe tone the background down a bit. Looks good!

I would try and choose a different color for the font. I like complimentary colors, so I would make the text a dark orange. Also, I would take out the LCD monitor and replace it with an image which can be associated more with trade. It doesn't really have much to do with the service you are offering.
