Here is a logo I designed for a new company. They're in black & white for equality and uses the same font to focus on the image part.

Adding color to your logos will make them look more appealing.

Black and white looks pretty boring, but that's just my opinion. You need a matching web design to make it look good.

Top far right was brought to my attention first, I like the background, very nice!

These are black and white on purpose and boring on purpose so there are no biast opinions. These are drafts of the logos before any colors or styling are added.

The background is purely for watermark.

I still like the background, even if it's watermarked! The logo's themselves are crisp and clean!

You should also play around with more font variations

I would prefer the bottom left one. What type of company is it? It would be better to know so that we can view the logo in the relevant context. Some company would prefer simple and elegance while others may like loud ones.

@d1.co.th: I was waiting for this part 3 before I used more fonts and now that it's been narrowed down to 5 choices, different fonts have been added.

@DennisChang: This is for a network of community storefronts, which will all have there own logo. This logo is for the storefront brandsider which is for designers who create branding items like logos, stationary and PSD templates to sell their items. The only thing similar but still not that much is Brandstack

i liked the third one on the left row. Nice design.

So we've moved on to phase 4 but because of some realization in our market, we decided to throw in a couple variations of another design but we are getting closer to picking one everyone likes.

I tend to think that the bulls are more fitting for what im doing because it's more iconic whereas the B might be better for a blog or something.
