I prefer the second one, with the t-shirt. The top seems to be cut off. Is it going to be at the top of the page with no margin? If so, then it would be ok I think. If not then I would suggest creating a fold of some sort on the top left hand corner so it looks like it's folded backwards. Just my 2c.

Like the second one concepts its look more better then first logo.

The second link for me as well, the tee-shirt is really cute, think I would make the whole graphic/logo with the tee-shirt bigger.

i really think the first one is better,
But,
you will need the t-shirt from the second one.
from my point of view the first one looks more professional , and you can use the T shirt in other related places.
