I am currently changing the logo ad for our company but I am still not sure which of the two I should use. Can you please help me? Thanks in advance!

The first one with the brown background, very nice! For me the first one stands out more, clear and distinct, just like the overall design.

I agree it looks much more polished than the second one.

I like the first one more, but I'd say it looks like some...mmm...tea company's brand picture, or something of that kind. Like, uhm, for a tea box cover. Dunno, actually, just the feeling.

According to me i like first one than more before for a tea box cover. Dunno!

The colors, font in the logo, and glowing gold particles match the name better by giving it a sense of royalty. The ad overall however wouldn't initially draw my attention if I was in need of any of the services your offering. If I came across it either in print, like an add in a lobby some where, or as is, in the peripherals of another website, It wouldn't catch my eye as a creative marketing company.

The font in the logo matches the leafy vines well but the mix of a crown, the name 'Empire' and the green theme with leafy vines seems a bit confusing. However, the theme does seem more fitting for a creative marketing company in general.

Both compositions seem balanced and attractive.

First one look awesome and creative. I prefer you to choose first ad for promotion.

The first design is more regal and the colors work with the word Empire!
