ok im still getting used to illustrator so bare with me, a friend gave me a list of the colors he wants me to use for a project and im confused on how to get them, here they are green- 342 Burgundy - 249 Mustard – 141

how do i get these colors? im really confused please help

ouch. dude! if u have a picture of what those color really look like - open it in ur illustrator then use i eye dropper & after save the color in da color swatches. but if u have no image or idea abt those prefer'd colors u just have to mix it on ur own --- pixel by pixel

I'm sorry but the advice you have been given is incorrect!!

In Illustrator.

- Under Window
- Go to Swatch Libraries
- Select Pantone Solid Coated.

This will open up a pallette with your desired colours. Just type them in and select them.
