I wonder if anyone can help.
I am useing Microsoft Office Picture Manager to compress my website pictures and its working great but i have an image 40.2kb and it says compress to 2.73kb and i click ok then save. And when i check it in the saved file it is back to 40.2kb. Can anyone tell me how i can get it to stay at 2.73kb?
