I know how amazingly helpful stock photo sites can be when you are searching for just the right picture for something you're designing, but royalty free stock photo sites are hard to come by (at least when you don't know where to look like me lol) but I do know one great one:

Any stock photo site to recommend? Also, I have always wondered how stock photo sites control the distribution of their photos? If someone chooses to download the photo (after paying for it) and shares it with many friends then wouldn't the owner of the stock photo lose revenue?

Any insights would be helpful.
