Dunno why, but i started making this spacer.gif art and wondered if there was any software doing this .
Maybe somebody knows such a prog or script or can code some .

You mean images used for spacing that are transparent or a solid color? you should be able to do this in photoshop

I'm not sure what exacly the question is but as anomaly has said, spacer.gif are created when saving sliced up images from photoshop\imageready. I wouldnt call them 'art' though they're usually blank and rarely wanted.
