Is there any alternatives ways to Slice other than Image Ready?

You can slice right in photoshop.. i've actually never used image ready. after you use the slice tool in PS, you go to file > save for web

You can also slice using fireworks.

I only use ImageReady to make the file size smaller for the graphics.

IMO, Photoshop works great for slicing images.

yeh, imageready just isnt for me, lol
i hate it, i just use photoshop. nead if i need rollovers, etc. i code them manuallly.

be sure to change the colour amount if saving to gif. it reduces the size by a lot
