Do you mean bullets as in bullet points or bullets as in from a gun?

You mean like an HTML list? As far as I can see you just need to draw out flash graphics to look like a list - a bunch of text ojects with some carefully positioned circles. If you really wanted to be hi-tech about it you might be able to control the list contents using Action script? I'm not the person to ask about this, the only action script I know is the one to stop the movie at the end!
