Add another keyframe to your time line, and then select the movie clip in the new keyframe and use the transformation tool (looks like a box with a dot in the middle and some dots on the edge, shortcut key Q). To rotate the clip, move the cursor near one of the corner handles around the clip, not on the handle but off to the side so the cursor appears as a circular arrow. Then click/drag to rotate the clip. Add a motion tween and it should rotate.

Also, if you want to actually input the angle/amount of rotation, you can hit Ctrl-T for the Align & Info & Transform toolbox and enter in the number (1-360) in the text area next to "Rotate".

Thank you very much for your help!
i have managed to make it rotate on an angle of 45 degrees between frame 1 to 10, but the circle (movie clip) rotated very slowly and it didn't rotate fully.....

but what i actually (sorry about this) want it to do is, make this circle clip to rotate 10 times or something between key frame 1 and key frame 10 (im using motion tween), how can i do this ......???

like what i mean is , between frame 1 and frame 10, the cirle suppose to rotate 10 times or more , keep rotating back to the same position at 45 degrees ....

how can i achieve this?....please help!!!! Thank you in advance !

If you want it to rotate 10 times in 10 frames, you will never see it rotate, since it will complete one revolution per frame and always look the same. I would recommend spreading out the animation over more frames and boosting the frame rate to make it spin faster. To animate the rotation, set up a succession of keyframes spaced evenly apart, and rotate the movie clip half a turn between each one. Then tween them all together.
