My name is Shelly, for those of you that feel like you need to know it before assisting me (if you so choose to). Over the past 8 months or so I have been teaching myself how to use Paint Shop Pro 7. I became pretty good at it early on, and have been trying out my skills in making layouts. So far I think I do pretty well, but I only have one tiny (actually HUGE) problem.... I don't know HTML well enough to create a website! Yeah, I know what you're gonna say, so I'll save you the trouble of typing it... Now the reason I have typed all of this out is simple: I need help learning HTML. I've grown very fond of making layouts and graphics and all that jazz, but what's the use of making all these things if I can't make a website? I have tried all those HTML FREE webhosting services, such as Geocities and Homestead, but something is missing with them... I want to learn to make profession, cool looking sites. I understand HTML just about as much as I understand Chinese (and no.. I do NOT know the Chinese language...) So if you have read this far, you'll see what my dilemma is. If anyone has the time, the patience, or even knows of a great website to visit for good, solid HTML learning, I would be much more than appreciative. Thanks!

Hi EjaBalu,

The Crow has some grate stuff on his site for you to learn and its definately worth the while. I also have a full section in my downloads that can get you rocking with html and java script. You do have to register exactly like the format is here and it is free.

HTML 1, HTML 2 are what you should download to get going with Paint Shop Pro. Many killer sites are out there with just those 2 ingredients. I have mentioned a partner program on another post in this forums that I have started. You can read about it at this link.

What the people here seem to have missed, and the best way to learn, (in my opinion) is simply find a site you like (not too advanced) and then look at the source code of the site. Study what they do, try it out yourself and adapt the scripts to what you want them to do.
