Well, not bad... maybe a little simple, but i think it will be ok when pictures will be added...

Needs more work!

1. It looks like you were trying to copy IGN
2. The logo is too simple and unattractive
3. Needs gaming images possibly in the background behind the logo?
4. I dislike the gradients in the top right 3 boxes as well as the features box.

Try making the silver gradients into like a metal plate or something. Definately go away from the gradients. I also agree, the logo needs help.

its really good i think it will be perfect for a gaming site after you add pictures and animations and text and maybe some flash

The biggest problem with the template is the excessive use of gradients - you will end up with massve file sizes when you produce it in HTML, and you might find some bits quite tricky to do.
The outer bevel on the logo is very amateur, and the hard corners clash with the soft (rounded) corners.

I would suggest a much simpler design - less gradients, and more work on the logo

Now if someone had hookups with the W3C, we could have them implement the use of gradients for backgrounds using CSS.... How awesome would that be?
