I rarely use it, but arttoday.com suits my needs well when i need an image i can't shoot.

www.istockphoto.com is good, and no subscription necessary. Just pay for what you use.

What would you say about http://www.photoagency.ws/ ?

I'm not looking for photos. I'm looking more for icons or .gifs that would be created in photoshop or something. I'm designing a website and I need icons like really cool arrows or just abstract things like that.
