I am starting a webhosting/programming site, and have a pretty bland website up. I want to go with a logo/web design that incorporates the following:

Old West
Stagecoach
Pioneers?/cowboys?/outlaws?

I'm very open to ideas, and wondering if someone with creative talent can give me a push in the right direction. I'll take whatever you can come up with... a logo, an entire template, or just some good advice.

It'll probably be smaller, of course. That's literally all I have for design ideas. Can anybody suggest a site/logo design around that? Or maybe something completely different? Everything, including what colors I'm going to use, is still up in the air.

Cute name.. now I understand the 'western' theme idea

These screenshots might give you some ideas. I did these for a project at work. The one with the 'wood' background is a web site, the other is a graphic used for notebook covers, etc. The clipart graphic is one they picked out.

Nice work on those. They are full of the types of details that fit the 'round up' idea perfectly. Also, the subtle things that make the page great are the cowboy leaning up against the side, the nail in the old paper. Absolutely great.

I'm still wondering if it would be overkill to include some sort of (spider) web in my logo. Does that make it too confusing, or cumbersome? Or if added correctly, could it be a 'nice touch'? Along with not having great design ability, I also don't have the 'eye' for design. What looks good to me may not look good to the billions of other people in the world.
