Can anyone tell me what a good image software program would be? I would like one that could do somethimg like this: http://www.celica.net/ (the top part)
I believe they use "layering"? But how do they go about the part up top that says celica.netv2? Help me please!!!! (man, that sounds desperate. Oh well, i need to know!)

For the ultimate in frugality. Try the GIMP. It is an open source graphics program with capabilities that equal (some say exceed) those of Photoshop. I haven't used it since PS five was the latest version but back then it was an excellent program. One of its coolest features is its bumpmap filter. Excellent in tangent with a 3D graphics program.
